This delightful daiquiri recipe makes the most of fresh summer peaches!

Ingredients
4 ounces light rum
2 peaches, peeled and pitted (see directions below), or sub 2 cups frozen peaches
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
3 cups ice
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until combined. NOTE: If substituting frozen peaches, reduce the ice to 2 cups.
- Pour into two glasses and serve.
TIP: To peel peaches, simply place whole peaches in a pot of boiling water for 15-20 seconds. Remove, let cool slightly; skins will slip right off.
