Pineapple Pomegranate Electrolyte Drink

1 ½ cups coconut water
1 cup aloe vera juice
1 ½ cups roughly chopped fresh pineapple, plus more for garnish
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon L&B Pure Honey
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
½ cup pomegranate juice, divided

Directions
- In a blender, combine the coconut water, aloe vera juice, pineapple, lime juice, honey and salt. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
- In a 16-ounce glass, add ¼ cup of pomegranate juice and fill the glass with ice.
- Using a fine mesh strainer, strain half of the coconut-pineapple juice into the glass.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 to make a second drink. Garnish each glass with a pineapple wedge and enjoy!
