Ingredients
1 7 to 8-ounce pouch (approximately 1½ cups) organic ready-to-heat brown rice or whole grains
2 teaspoons L&B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
â…“ cup sliced avocado
½ cup diced tomato
¼ teaspoons toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons tamari soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
OPTIONAL: L&B Sesame Kale Salad
OPTIONAL (For more protein): L&B Deli Pulled Chicken
Directions
- Heat rice according to package instructions and divide between two bowls.
- Divide all remaining ingredients between the bowls and enjoy!
