Savory Roasted Cherries with Brie & Baguette

Fresh cherries
L&B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
L&B Balsamic Vinegar
Fresh rosemary leaves
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Brie cheese, sliced
Baguette, sliced
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 F.
- Pit and halve the cherries.
- In a bowl, combine the cherry halves with a splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Add a handful of fresh rosemary and season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer cherry mixture to a sheet pan.
- Transfer cherry mixture to a sheet pan. Roast for 12 minutes.
- Place a Brie slice on each baguette slice and top with the cherry mixture to serve.
