Ingredients
8 ounces smoked Gouda, shredded
1 package Boboli Original Mini Pizza Crusts (2 - 8-inch crusts)
3/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Maple Chipotle Grille Sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons grated lime zest
2 cups L&B Pulled Chicken
4 tablespoons minced red onion
1/2 cup diced sweet bell pepper of choice
Directions
  1. Spread three-fourths of cheese over pizza crusts.
  2. Combine grilling sauce, garlic and lime zest.
  3. Stir sauce mixture into shredded chicken.
  4. Divide chicken mixture over each pizza crust and spread evenly over cheese.
  5. Sprinkle red onion, bell peppers and remaining cheese over each pizza.
  6. Bake at 450 F until cheese melts (around 10-12 minutes). Serve immediately.
