Steak Fajitas on the Grill

Ingredients
Steak of choice
L&B Grapeseed Oil
L&B Southwest Trail Dust Seasoning
L&B Fajita Mix
fresh sliced mushrooms
fajita style flour tortillas
avocado
sour cream
cotija cheese
fresh salsa
Directions
- Heat your grill to medium-high
- Rub your favorite steak with grapeseed oil (We recommend round steak or flank steak). Season steak with L&B Southwest Trail Dust Seasoning.
- Grill steak to your preferred level of doneness. Cover and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Toss sliced bell peppers, mushrooms and onions in grapeseed oil and L&B Southwest Trail Dust Seasoning. In a grill basket or in a foil pack, grill veggies until charred and soft. Place tortillas in foil and heat on the grill until warm.
- Thinly slice the steak against the grain and serve on a platter with grilled veggies, tortillas, avocado slices, sour cream, crumbled cotija cheese and salsa.
