Strawberry and Peach Bruschetta with Honey Goat Cheese & Basil

Fresh strawberries, hulled
Fresh peaches, pitted
Baguette
Honey goat cheese
Fresh basil leaves
Directions
- Dice the strawberries and peaches; gently combine in a bowl.
- Slice the baguette.
- Spread a thin layer of honey goat cheese on each slice.
- Add a spoonful of the fruit and top with basil leaves.
TIP: Substitute plain goat cheese, cream cheese or ricotta for the honey goat cheese. Drizzle hot honey over the bruschetta slices for just a kiss of sweet heat.
