Fresh strawberries, hulled
Fresh peaches, pitted
Baguette
Honey goat cheese
Fresh basil leaves
Directions
  1. Dice the strawberries and peaches; gently combine in a bowl. 
  2. Slice the baguette.
  3. Spread a thin layer of honey goat cheese on each slice. 
  4. Add a spoonful of the fruit and top with basil leaves.

TIP: Substitute plain goat cheese, cream cheese or ricotta for the honey goat cheese. Drizzle hot honey over the bruschetta slices for just a kiss of sweet heat.
