Irresistible homemade ice cream sandwiches made with Sweet Martha’s Cookie Jar Cookie Dough, available in our frozen section. A wonderful way to enjoy the sweet taste of these famous Minnesota State Fair cookies all year long!

Sweet Martha’s Ice Cream Sandwiches

1 package Sweet Martha's Cookie Jar Original Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
3-4 cups of our favorite ice cream
Directions
- Take ice cream out of the freezer and allow it to soften slightly, about 10 minutes.
- Make 1 package of Sweet Martha’s cookies, according to the directions on the package. Let cool.
- Sandwich about ½ cup softened ice cream between two cookies. Repeat with remaining cookies.
- Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and freeze for 10 minutes, until ice cream is fully frozen again.
