Ingredients
2 pounds cremini mushrooms, cut in half
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons L&B Curry Madras Seasoning
1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
Zest and juice of one lime
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Directions
- Heat air fryer to 400 F.
- In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, olive oil, L&B Curry Madras Seasoning and salt. Toss to coat.
- Place the mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. Shake the fryer basket to ensure even cooking; cook for another 5 minutes until the mushrooms are golden brown.
- Season the mushrooms with the lime zest and juice and garnish with the chopped cilantro.
