Starting with a mash bill of 70% corn, 10% malted wheat, 10% honey-malted barley and 10% malted barley, Rabbit Hole Cavehill is made in homage to the innovators and pioneers who first planted the seeds of American bourbon making. Honey, spice and fresh autumn apples on the nose. On the palate are creamy and well-integrated notes of citrus, honey, and hints of toasted grains. The finish is creamy with vanilla custard notes.
