Ingredients
1 L&B Rotisserie Chicken
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 package L&B Hoagie Rolls
9 slices provolone cheese
Directions
  1. Heat oven to broil. 
  2. Shred the rotisserie chicken.
  3. Slice the green pepper and onion into strips.
  4. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the pepper and onion strips; sauté for 10-15 minutes. Add the shredded chicken and heat for 2 minutes.
  5. Divide the meat and vegetable mixture among the sliced hoagie buns. Top each bun with 1 ½ slices of cheese. 
  6. Broil until the cheese melts, watching closely so you don’t burn the bread.
  7. Serve immediately.
