  1. Heat oven to 425 F. 
  2. Cut a whole pineapple (peeled and cored) or a L&B Peeled and Cored Pineapple into chunks, if necessary.
  3. Cut bacon strips in half and wrap each half around a pineapple chunk; secure with a toothpick. Place on a wire rack on a lined baking sheet. 
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bacon is cooked to your desired doneness.
