Boneless skinless chicken breasts
L&B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
L&B Italian Seasoning
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Tomate slices
fresh mozzarella cheese slices
Fresh basil, for garnish
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Directions
- Heat your oven to 375 F.
- Place boneless skinless chicken breasts into a greased baking dish.
- Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with L&B Italian Seasoning and season with salt and pepper. Top with tomato slices and fresh mozzarella slices.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then broil for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
