Burrata with Fresh Cherries

1 1/2 cups arugula
1 burrata cheese pouch
Black pepper, to taste
1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and sliced
4 fresh basil leaves, minced
1 baguette, sliced and toasted
Olive oil, for drizzling
Directions
- Arrange arugula in the center of a serving platter. Place the burrata on top and use a fork to cut open the center. Sprinkle black pepper on top, to your taste.
- Arrange the fresh cherries on top of the arugula. Sprinkle with basil.
- Arrange the sliced baguette around the burrata and arugula. Drizzle the whole platter with olive oil.
