Ingredients
3 tablespoons melted butter
¼ cup brown sugar
Pineapple, peeled and cored
Mango, peeled and pitted
Papaya, peeled and seeded
Kiwi, peeled
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Metal or bamboo skewers
Directions
  1. Combine butter and brown sugar in a small bowl.
  2. Cut the fruit into equal sizes.
  3. Thread the fruit onto the skewers.
  4. Brush the melted butter mixture over the fruit on all sides.
  5. Grill or broil for 10 to 15 minutes, turning once.
  6. Serve the kabobs with angel food cake and vanilla bean ice cream, sweetened whipped cream or meringue shells.

TIP: If using bamboo skewers, soak in cold water for 20-30 minutes so they don't burn on the grill.
