
Grilled Pineapple with Ice Cream
This simple dessert is such a treat! If you don’t have a grill, you can cook the pineapple on a grill pan or a panini press.

Grilled Pineapple with Ice Cream

Ingredients
L&B Fresh Peeled & Cored Pineapple, cut into rings and then sliced in half
Coconut oil
Vanilla ice cream
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: Cinnamon
Caramel ice cream topping
Fudge ice cream topping
Sea salt
Directions
- Coat slices of pineapple with coconut oil.
- Place them on the grill or grill pan and cook for 4-6 minutes per side. Remove from heat.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Top with additional toppings, if desired.
