This Hot Reuben Dip has all of the flavors of a Reuben Sandwich: Thousand Island dressing, corned beef, sauerkraut and swiss cheese. Dipping it with pumpernickel bread is pure perfection!

Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped corned beef
1 cup sauerkraut
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
Pumpernickel bread, for dipping
Directions
  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Thousand Island dressing, mayonnaise, corned beef, sauerkraut and 1 ½ cups of the Swiss cheese.
  3. Spoon the dip into an oven safe bowl and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until warmed through, and then garnish with the remaining Swiss cheese.
  5. Serve with bite size bread pieces and enjoy!
