Pear Sour Cocktail

2 ounces pear brandy
2 ounces pear nectar*
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
1 pear slice
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients except for the pear slice.
- Shake well and strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a pear slice.
TIP: If you don’t have pear nectar, you can use apple cider, peach nectar, white grape juice, apricot nectar or any other fruit juice.
