L&B Smoked Sausage
Sweet Bell Peppers
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Metal or bamboo skewers
Directions
  1. Heat your grill to medium-high. 
  2. While grill heats, soak bamboo skewers for about 20 minutes so they don’t burn.
  3. Skewer chunks of your favorite L&B Smoked Sausage (available in our meat department), alternating with chunks of bell peppers. 
  4. Grill for 6-8 minutes, turning 2-3 times to ensure that the meat cooks evenly.
