EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Metal or bamboo skewers
Directions
- Heat your grill to medium-high.
- While grill heats, soak bamboo skewers for about 20 minutes so they don’t burn.
- Skewer chunks of your favorite L&B Smoked Sausage (available in our meat department), alternating with chunks of bell peppers.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes, turning 2-3 times to ensure that the meat cooks evenly.
