These pulled pork sandwiches are one of our favorite easy meals, made with just a few ingredients and slow-roasted for tender, flavorful meat.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 - 2-3 pound pork shoulder roast
1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) root beer
2 1/4 cups (18 ounces) any L&B Barbecue Sauce
1 pint L&B Coleslaw
8 sandwich buns
Directions
- Place pork in a slow cooker. Pour root beer over the meat.
- Cover and cook 6 to 7 hours on low until the pork shreds easily. Drain well. Stir in barbecue sauce.
- Serve on sandwich buns. Top with L&B Signature Coleslaw, if desired.
