1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
6-8 ounces ginger ale
6-8 ounces sparkling water
4-5 fresh mint leaves + plus more for garnish
Ice, to taste
Directions
- In a blender, pulse the strawberries and ginger ale just a few times to break up the strawberries.
- Pour liquid into a pitcher. Add the sparkling water. Mash the mint leaves into the pitcher to bruise the mint a bit - this helps release its flavor.
- Add desired amount of ice to 2 drinking glasses. Divide the liquid between the 2 glasses. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig and strawberry slice, if desired. Enjoy!
