Ingredients
8 slices (½ pound) L&B Turkey Premium Deli Meat, thick sliced
8 tablespoons Neufchatel cheese, softened
½ green pepper, julienned
½ red pepper, julienned
½ cup carrots, julienned
½ cucumber, julienned
Directions
  1. Lay slices of turkey on a cutting board.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon softened Neufchatel cheese on each slice of turkey.
  3. Layer on peppers, carrots, cucumber and roll it all up in the turkey slice.

TIP: If serving as an appetizer, thread a toothpick through each roll up section.
