Ingredients
ROSÉ & PEACHES: 1 - 750 ml bottle rosé wine
fresh peaches, pitted
squeeze of fresh lime
SAUVIGNON BLANC & STRAWBERRIES: 1 - 750 ml bottle Sauvignon Blanc wine
fresh strawberries, hulled
squeeze of fresh orange
VINHO VERDE & BLUEBERRIES: 1 - 750 ml bottle vinho verde wine
fresh blueberries
squeeze of fresh lemon
Directions
  1. Chop up the fruit, if necessary.
  2. In a baking dish, combine the fruit, wine and fruit juice. Freeze for 6-8 hours. Note: The wine won’t freeze completely solid.
  3. In a blender, purée the frozen wine and fruit until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

TIP: Choose a full-flavored, full-bodied dark-colored rosé for freezing, as it will lose some of its color and will be diluted after freezing and blending.
