- TO ASSEMBLE THE BLT BAR: Use a large wooden board and serving platters and/or plates. Gather cheese/condiment spreaders and knives, small spoons, and small plates and/or bowls for items such as condiments. Gather all the ingredients, Lay out the board in your own eye-appealing design.
