½ ounce Hendrick’s gin
½ ounce fresh grapefruit juice
1 ½ ounces Concord grape juice
½ ounce simple syrup
½ ounce egg whites
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
- Add ice and shake for another 10 seconds.
- Double strain into a coupe or martini glass.
