Ingredients
2 pounds L&B Colossal Tail-On Raw Shrimp, thawed, rinsed and patted dry
1 tablespoon L&B Shrimp Tequila Lime Seasoning
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Roughly chopped chives, for garnish
Roughly chopped parsley, for garnish
Roughly chopped tarragon, for garnish
L&B Meyer Lemon & Shallot Cocktail Sauce, for serving
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
- Place an oven rack 4” below the broiler. Heat the broiler to high heat. Line a rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, shrimp seasoning and olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer on the sheet pan.
- Broil, checking every minute, until pink and just cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes total.
- Immediately transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with fresh chopped herbs. Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
