L&B Fresh Organic Turkey, Fresh Brined Turkey & Frozen Spatchcock Turkey
L&B Organic Turkey: These turkeys are raised locally in Minnesota and are fed a pure organic diet that’s free of antibiotics, hormones and gluten. Available sizes: 10-18 pounds. Not available at all locations.
L&B All-Natural Brined Young Turkey: Our fresh brined turkeys are free-range, which means they can roam freely outdoors as desired, but also have indoor shelter available when needed. These turkeys are antibiotic-free and are brined with up to 8% solution of water, sugar, sea salt and black pepper, this brine helps deliver a moist and succulent eating experience. Available sizes: 10-24 pounds.
L&B Free Range Spatchcock Turkey: Our Free Range Spatchcock Turkey has been fully spatchcocked by hand and flattened slightly before being skillfully brined in small batches of maple sugar, sea salt, shallots and savory herbs. All natural and antibiotic-free, spatchcock turkeys take quality and ease of preparation to a whole new level. They cook faster, are easier to carve and the spatchcock method creates a crisp skin and moist, tender turkey. Average size: 12-14 pounds.

L&B Fresh Smoked Turkey, Turkey Breast & Cuts
L&B Cider Brined Turkey Breast: Go local this holiday season with turkey from family farm favorite Ferndale Market in Cannon Falls. Our succulent all-natural turkey breasts are brined in fresh-pressed apple cider made from Minnesota grown apples. They are then seasoned with herbs, shallots and sea salt resulting in a rich clean flavor and mesmerizing aroma. Average size: 4.75 pounds.
